Alan Roe Mixed Doubles Tournament

The annual mixed tournament is named after Alan Roe who was the club Chairman and led the club for a number of years stepping down in 2011 to become honorary president. We are grateful for all the years service Alan has provided the club and are saddened by the news Alan passed away in 2022. 

The tournament consists of two group stages (Group A and B) in which all participants play with a fixed partner every match. Each match consists of eight games with the overall points leaders winning their group and runners up both going through to their respective semi-final matches. The semi-finals and final consist of a mini-set (first to five games) with a tie-break to seven if the score line is four all.
